Delivery Timelines
Inside Beirut (Express Delivery)
Delivery Time: 1–2 business days.
Service: Express delivery directly to your doorstep.
Same‑Day Dispatch: Orders placed before the daily cut‑off time may qualify for same‑day dispatch, subject to product availability and courier scheduling.
Customer Notification: You will receive confirmation once your order is dispatched, along with estimated delivery time.
Outside Beirut (Nationwide Delivery)
Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.
Service: Direct delivery to your home or office anywhere in Lebanon.
Coverage: All regions outside Beirut are included in our delivery network.
Customer Notification: Tracking details or delivery updates will be shared once your order is on its way.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and courier service.
Customers will see the exact shipping cost before confirming their purchase.
Promotions: Free or discounted shipping may apply during special campaigns or seasonal offers. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Transparency: No hidden fees the shipping cost shown at checkout is final.

مدة التوصيل
داخل بيروت (توصيل سريع)
مدة التوصيل: من 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل.
الخدمة: توصيل سريع مباشرة إلى باب منزلك أو مكتبك.
ملاحظة: الطلبات المؤكدة قبل وقت محدد من اليوم قد تُشحن في نفس اليوم، وذلك بحسب توفر المنتجات وجدول شركة التوصيل.
إشعار العميل: يتم إرسال رسالة تأكيد عند شحن الطلب مع تقدير وقت الوصول.
خارج بيروت (توصيل محلي شامل)
مدة التوصيل: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل.
الخدمة: توصيل مباشر إلى باب منزلك أو مكتبك في جميع المناطق اللبنانية.
التغطية: جميع المحافظات والمناطق خارج بيروت مشمولة بخدمة التوصيل.
إشعار العميل: يتم تزويد العميل بتفاصيل التتبع أو تحديثات التوصيل عند شحن الطلب.
رسوم الشحن
رسوم الشحن تُحسب تلقائياً عند إتمام عملية الدفع (Checkout) بناءً على موقع التوصيل، وزن الطلب، وخدمة التوصيل المستخدمة.
يتم عرض التكلفة النهائية للشحن بشكل واضح قبل تأكيد الطلب.
العروض الترويجية: قد يتم تقديم شحن مجاني أو مخفّض خلال الحملات الخاصة أو المواسم، وسيظهر ذلك بشكل واضح عند الدفع.
الشفافية: لا توجد رسوم مخفية، التكلفة المعروضة عند الدفع هي النهائية.
الموثوقية والسلامة
تتم معالجة جميع الشحنات بعناية لضمان وصول المنتجات بحالة ممتازة.
يتم تجهيز الطلبات بسرعة، ويُزوّد العملاء بتحديثات حول حالة الشحن عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية أو الاتصال الهاتفي.
نتعامل مع شركاء لوجستيين موثوقين ذوي خبرة في السوق اللبناني.
يتم تغليف المنتجات بشكل آمن لحمايتها أثناء النقل.
ملاحظات هامة
تغيّر المدة: قد تختلف مدة التوصيل قليلاً بسبب ظروف المرور، الطقس، أو عوامل خارجة عن السيطرة.
التواصل مع العميل: في حال حدوث أي تأخير، سيتم التواصل مع العميل مباشرة.
دقة المعلومات: يرجى التأكد من إدخال عنوان صحيح ورقم هاتف فعال عند الدفع لتفادي التأخير أو فشل التوصيل.
إعادة التوصيل: في حال فشل محاولة التوصيل بسبب معلومات غير صحيحة أو غياب العميل، قد تُفرض رسوم إضافية لإعادة التوصيل.
معالجة الطلبات: تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال ساعات العمل الرسمية. الطلبات المقدمة خارج هذه الساعات أو خلال العطل الرسمية تُعالج في يوم العمل التالي.
